APPLE IPHONE 8, IPHONE 8 PLUS TO GET FIX FOR EARPIECE ‘CRACKLING’ ISSUE

Apple iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus have a problem when it comes to users who make voice calls with the earpiece. Apple also confirmed to The Verge that it will issue a software solution quickly for the problem. The support forum of the company also has user complaints about the problem.

According to The Verge, users experience "static" or "crackling" sound when making calls and using earphones. The problem affects both the iPhone 8, the iPhone 8 Plus around various regions and carriers around the world. It also notes that sound does not appear in all calls or FaceTime audio calls, and there is no problem when the call is in the speaker.
Apple in a statement to The Verge said that the problem only concerns a small number of users and will issue a solution. "Our team is working at work, which will be included in a future software release," reads the statement.
One of the best comments in the Apple Support forum explains that "crackling is intermittent - on some calls you can perfectly notice it on others without a problem. I have already tried resetting the phone without success to solve the problem. "
