PDP announces N3m for chairmanship nomination form

The 76th National Executive Committee (NEC) of the Democratic People's Party (PDP) has approved rates for the purchase of nomination forms for all charges to be challenged at the December 9 convention.

In a statement signed and made available to journalists by the party's national secretary of publicity, Prince Dayo Adeyeye said that the nomination form for the post of national president amounts to N3 million, while that of the national vice president is N2 millions.

He said, "The cost of the nomination form for the office of the National Secretary is N2 million. All other national officials, including the National Advertising Secretary, the National Treasurer, among others will pay the sum of N1.5 million each , while ex-officio members will pay N500, 000. "
